Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) supports long-term recovery by helping you incorporate valuable self-care tools, group therapy, and a customized program into your daily life. At Sana Lake Behavioral Wellness Center, we provide both individual therapy and group addiction therapy. In addition, each member is given an individualized treatment plan.
